"My initial review was a 1 star due to my online order showing pickup of 12:30 and it taking an extra 25 minutes. I understand things get backed up but the person working asked who I was picking up for, they had my order but the 2 sandwiches were just sitting there. 4 additional walk-ins came and they continued to finish their orders while my food was left unprepared. Whats the point of ordering ahead and being proactive? Anyways, management responded to the review and asked me to email them directly and offered coupons. I felt, okay, this place owns up to their mistake and cares for service. So I emailed them and even went as far as updating my review to a 4 star, I didn't hear anything, but giving the benefit, I ordered once more from here to give them a shot. Order was prepared timely, however, I get home and the bread options on my 2 sandwiches were switched. I followed up with them via email again, 4 times now. Not a single response, so the only thing I can do is leave review as is and I guess I'll be going to the location in Sienna if I want Jersey Mike's again."
"If I order a sandwich and the bread is hard, what more needs to be said? I paid 20 dollars plus delivery fees and got a hard breaded sandwich. I called the place and they offered me to drive there and have it remade. I don't know about everyone else, but I don't like eating food that has been remade for me. Should have done it right the first time. Plus, I had it delivered for a reason. Delivery was not free nor is my time. The store failed on food quality and definitely on customer service. I used to tell people this place was very good, but after this, I will never return. If you are wise, order from another sandwich shop. This place does not care about their customers."
"Today I went in to get a Free sub. They put a coupon out. I took a picture of it and brought my phone. when it came time to pay I showed the picture but the scanner could not read it. The person in from and the person in back both had coupon not to mention the ones they have from every other customer. IN STEAD OF scanning one of the ones they have, they said I had to pay. I did not complain, I paid and ate a good sandwich. BUT I will not go back to this location. There are 2 other locations I can go to that are close. I understand they are just kids but when you have a simple issue like this you can call a manager or just scan the other coupon. Times are getting hard, best keep your customers happy."
