"Ordered tuna sandwich, so tin can tasting, little seasoning. Cat had expensive lunch. Put some taste in your tuna, I've had some tremendous sandwiches there!"

"So today, 2/19/2024, I put in an online order at 10:42am for a catering for 12-15 people. My order was supposed to be here between 11:30 and 12:00. Its 12:30 and nothing. So I said let me check my order and see because I did not receive an email stating a problem more did I get a call. So upon checking my order to see if I put everything in correctly, I noticed that it said order error at 10:42 and held at 11:07. Why didn't the so called catering manager call me to alert me of a problem? I mean what does it take to be a proper catering manager? It seems to be "who" you know and not "what" you know. They dropped the ball and then offered to still deliver my order an hour later....NO! Learn how to be a proper catering manager, pay attention to details and communicate. I will never use Jason Deli for small nor large catering again. Hopefully you won't drop the ball when refunding me my money. I should have stuck with Jimmy John's, they never fail me."

"Tried out Jason’s Deli not for the first time but for the first time at a location as opposed to a function. Store and bathroom were clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. My sandwich and chips were fresh. They also have a salad bar that I plan to try out on a future visit. Pricing is fair for the size of the sandwich and amount of chips $9.00."

"I went in the evening, and I ordered a panini with turkey and avocado. It was pretty average. The sweet tea was alright. Not too sweet, which was good. I also enjoyed the free self-serve ice cream cone at the end. The machine worked well. Now, here is something they can do to improve. There were very visible spider webs by the booths and ceiling. The kind that a manager can see in the morning during a walk through before opening."
