"Betty did her best to give me the smallest portions she possibly could I’ve never seen someone put food on my plate and then take it right back off four times like I guess you can only have a certain amount of noodles on your plate. Ridiculous and the crazy thing it says manager on her name tag smh"

"I love Panda Express! Everything is made from fresh prepped ingredients and I admire that! The staff is usually all smiles and the portions are large!"

"The reason I gave it a 2 star is for their customer service, this location has zero customer service skills. I have came here multiple times and they never greet you, and on top of that every time I wait in line they also never say "give us one moment and will be right with you" instead they just keep on walking and pretent you're not there, until 7 mins later they will acknowledge you. This type of customer service makes me not feel welcome to their store. The employees need to set the tone of the environment, like Chick Fil-A they set the tone friendly making your experience exceptional. Second, they don't know how to cook the chow mein, look at the picture, the dam green bean is bigger than the noodles. They are supposed to mix the ingredients not chop them. Over all the food was good but with a little bit more training they should be good :)"

"I frequent this place several times a month. It is a really good place to go for a quick bite to eat. Decent quality Chinese food and a good selection of tasty dishes. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Sometimes you have to wait 5 to 8 minutes if they run out of an entree and have to cook up a batch. Drive thru service is fast most of the time. Their accuracy for orders is really good."

"So the food was pretty good actual chow mein Panda white rice I had mushroom chicken and steak were really good...but there was also supposed to have the beef and broccoli but somehow that got misconstrued so I never got my beef and broccoli! It was actually written on my plate, I asked for the bigger plate, which has three meats but I got my 2 meats my half noodles have rice and I got the veggie spring rolls as my third meet side that's not what I wanted but when I went back to say hey I never got my 3rd meat the girl says oh well you're going to have to pay more because they put your spring rolls as your third meat, I'm like well that's not what I wanted but whatever I'm not paying more. I don't know why the person at the register didn't look on my box, the girl wrote the three different Meats! why did she not ask me if I wanted to change my mind anyways, then I got two egg rolls, big mistake! They should call them Ginger egg rolls instead of chicken egg rolls because they are hardcore filled with ginger I could not even finish the second one because it was so pungent. Then when I ate my veggie spring rolls the outside was really good and crunchy and the inside had good flavor but was mushy on the inside which was not a texture I was expecting I only ate one of the two."
