"My recent visit to Wendy's left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the food was notably hot and fresh, maintaining the quality I've come to expect from Wendy's. The fries were crisp, and the chicken sandwiches were satisfyingly warm, contributing to an overall enjoyable dining experience in terms of taste and temperature. However, my enthusiasm took a hit when it came to the service. Despite the appeal of upgrading my meal to a large size, the staff failed to ask if I wanted to make the switch. To my dismay, I later discovered that I had been charged for the upgrade without consent. This oversight left me disappointed and somewhat frustrated as it seemed like a missed opportunity for the staff to enhance my meal experience and a lack of transparency in their billing process. Compounding the issue, there were inaccuracies in the order. Items were missing or substituted without any prior notification, disrupting the harmony of the meal I had anticipated. This lapse in attention to detail detracted from an otherwise positive impression of Wendy's commitment to serving fresh and hot food. In conclusion, while the food quality was commendable, the lack of communication regarding upgrades and inaccuracies in the order left me with a less than stellar impression of my Wendy's experience. Improved attention to customer preferences and order accuracy would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience at this establishment."

"Arrived at 10:35pm and Alex refused to serve me stating that the restaurant was closed due to the store being cleaned. No signs were posed to inform consumers of closure and I literally sat in the drive thru a long period of time without being acknowledged. Such a disappointment being that this is the closes location to me. Do better!"

"I've been to this location twice. At no time. Did they ever get the order even remotely correct. I'm starting to wonder if they're not doing this on purpose? Avoid this location at all costs."

"Ordered a chicken wrap. Received it with bonus bug parts. Phone is disconnected, customer service said the DM will call me if he gets time. Absolutely disgusting. Clean it up! I'm sure that people make things up but this ruined my entire lunch and I will never eat here again. If I wanted roach parts in my food, I would have a nasty kitchen of my own!"

"My Niece straight up asked for NO tomato, NO mustard and NO onion!! They clearly do whatever they want to do!!!! Just disrespectful! Check your order before you drive off!! I hate we/she didn't check beforehand! Me personally do not eat fast food and I wish more and more would stop eating fast food too because the service sucks these days!"
