"My family came in a group for appetizers at happy hour. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. She brought my aunt some complimentary ice cream as it was her birthday and was the reason we gathered that day. We managed to place some orders on the happy hour menu before 6pm. I had the $5 strawberry margarita and it was good. The table ordered the sampler, fried pickles, celery and carrots, fries, mozzarella sticks. Everything was mediocre, nothing to rave about. The wings were dry and chewy. The chicken nachos are served in a pile, kind of awkward. Decent experience, nothing spectacular."

"This location is in a deep decline and will soon close. Sign at the front says to seat yourself, then you have to scan a QR to view menu and order. The food is ok, but just not as good as other BWW locations. The waitress spilled my drink on the table but didn't clean it or offer to clean it."

"No matter the location, bww will always have underwhelming service, it just takes too long for everything, but their food is so good. Thursday special of bogo boneless wings, it's an excellent option if you want to watch Thursday night football.... which they don't offer of all places. The food is great, the service is bad. You can't have the best of both worlds here anytime anywhere."

"I was here on Tuesday, around noon. Had wings, 2 kinds - lemon pepper dry rub and mango habanero. Both were fine, I liked the former a bit more. I would not call them the best wings I ever had, but they were OK. I saw what some other folks were having - it seems to me that on many wings there is too much sauce. Too heavy... a single employee was working the bar area and the tables nearby. I think she was overworked..."

"Inconsistent sums it up. Will there be someone available to greet you as you enter? Maybe. Is the lighting too much at the bar, so it makes the projector very faded compared to all the other smaller screens? Could be. Can you order a mix of dry seasoning combined with sauce? Online: No, Dine in: yes. Is the seasoning ever the same each time you go? No. Was the food cooked to perfection this time? Yes. The queso, chips, beer battered onion rings, wings, and wedges all cooked, seasoned, and presented very nicely. The bar area was clean and well kept with a nice assortment of brews on tap. The bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager wasn't touching tables but was conversing during most of my stay with a familiar."
