"Chipotle isn't what is used to be and is hit or miss, usually depending on the location and the people they have working there. This was a miss. The meats were dried and you could tell the workers couldn't care less about helping you. All this and the prices are even higher than they were before."
"What a lame location where employees just stand there with straight face and do not even greet the customer no smile none and they don’t even tell you or ask you when you make your bowl and then just charge you extra without even informing that you will be charged extra which does not happen on other locations! Plus when you ask the server how much is the bowl he be asking other employees what’s the price ? Like you are working there and you don’t even know the basics ? Seriously this location need more training for their employees because they don’t care about customers and behave like what they do is right ! Never going here ever !"
"I've been here twice. The first time was when they first opened and it was a mess. Dirty tables, floors and trash cans were full. My friend and I were the only customers so it wasn't busy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I didn't post. I went again a few weeks later with another friend and the same thing. Nowhere to sit unless you clean the table yourself. Okay I can do that but where do I put the trash? I think the pictures are self explanatory. The young guy behind the counter is very nice. Haven't been back even though I do like the food. The atmosphere does make a difference. Sorry."
