They over charged me (not by much), but I tell the manager and she tosses money at me and tells me to leave her line as if I was holding it up (there was only one car behind me). Rude service and the food wasn’t even hot. The fries were literally ice cold, I also found stuff floating in my drink. I hope y'all have the year and day you deserve."
"Been here a few times as it's right on my way to work. Never again. Food is cold and stale, they never have soda, and now they overcharged me. Can't get through calling the store so I called corporate. Apparently my loyalty is worth $1 app credit!"
"They short you on the bacon for the breakfast baconator by two slices, they use old sandwiches to make new ordered ones, ask for fresh potatoes and the give the bottom half of carton with old cold ones and put a couple hot ones on top, I watched all this done and employees told to be done by the manager. When I asked for the bacon that was supposed to be on it, she rolled her eyes. Not my fault she is taking shortcuts and gets caught doing it, we should get what we pay for!!!!"
"I recently dined at Wendy's, and I must admit that my experience left much to be desired. While the prices were reasonable, the quality of the food did not match up. The burger I ordered was dry and overcooked, lacking the juiciness I expect from a fast-food restaurant. Additionally, the fries were disappointingly cold and tasted as if they had been sitting out for a while. Furthermore, the customer service was subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, and it took longer than expected to receive my order. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the soft drink machine offered a variety of beverage options. However, these small positives were overshadowed by the overall underwhelming experience. I hope Wendy's can improve their food quality and service to meet the expectations of their customers."
