"I'm a huge fan of places that specialized in just 1 or 2 dishes. Excellent Cháo (Congee) with the crispy fried dough. We also had the Bánh Canh Hue, I have not seen this dish outside of Hue, Vietnam it's really tasty as well. It can be a little intimidating from the outside of this hole in the wall joint with Vietnamese only menu, but if you're adventurous I'd recommend this unique authentic joint."
