"I love Whataburger so it's nothing against the company or their food but their employees specifically cashier named (PAULA D) older lady was extremely rude on our morning visit for breakfast. If you don't like or are capable to control your emotions when some is ordering this job isn't for you , you might deceive others but you showed your true colors on this visit but with the wrong people."
"Top notch by far the best chilli Cheese double meat Whataburger everrrrr and the staff was on-point with quality customer service, and the best atmosphere at lunchtime indeed. And yes the manager was friendly polite and had the best welcoming smile; our best dine-in experience since COV19---everyone must visit this amazing 10 STAR location TODAY!!!!"
"It’s really not a great store. The employees sound like they’re fed up with the clientele any given day, but I won’t let on that it upsets me so I just smile and thank them for their service. Sometimes they yell so loudly over the speaker, sometimes they can’t hear you at the window, sometimes they forget ketchup (or today, there were no napkins for this messy burger). It’s clear they don’t like working at this location and don’t have the drive to serve better. It isn’t the worst, which is actually remarkable if that’s what you’re looking for. But it isn’t “good” either, and it would be nice to have “good”. I can’t believe this is an actual Whataburger."
"I went through the drive through and it was not busy at all.. Just got home with my order (#517228) I ordered the sweet and spicy bacon burger. The beef patties were dry as if they had been sitting on the griddle for a while, bacon was carelessly lumped to one side of the burger with just the tiniest amount of onion/sauce. My wife said the chicken strips on her sandwich were also dry. I expected better as I've had better from this same location."
