"Drive thru did not answer do we went inside. Despite the fact that the counter server had a foul attitude, the food was absolutely delicious. Dame ole greasy and mouth watering recipes. YuM"
"The sweet tea tastes like it was made with toilet water. The frosted and honey biscuits ware rock hard as if they were sitting under a heating lamp for 48-72 hours. Are their not rules/regulations preventing such a disaster?"
"I'm sitting in your drive thru right now and your staff is arguing with my daughter over the fries she never put in our bag. She repeated the order in drive thru right but when we got to the window the messed up the order. They gave us potatoes instead of fries and arguing over the fries she never put in our bag. We had fries with the combo with a side of jalapenos (2), 4 bombers, and a side of okra. We received one mash potato (in meal) and one okra (in meal). Trash service at this Church's Chicken. I do not recommend this location to anyone!!"
"Beyond pissed. Ate a spoon of my food before I noticed there was a long Redish Brown hair in my mashed potatoes, it was bad enough they gave me old chicken and jalapeños bombers that must have been sitting out for hours. Asked my husband to check his mashed potatoes and he had hair in his food as well. To top it off they don’t answer the damn phone when you call"
"The chicken was supposed to be all original, but they mixed in some spicy pieces which were WAY too spicy. The food was served hot which was good, but the mistake with the chicken makes me loathe to go back (I'm super sensitive to spice.) The young man who assisted us didn't seem to know the menu well, nor the computer system. We had a hard time placing the order. And the table we sat at while we waited for our food to be ready wasn't attached at the base on the floor and was wobbly along with a whole general disheveled appearance within the restaurant, it seemed really dirty and not well cared for. All in all I don't know if I'll be returning to this location."
