"0 Stars… 0 for customer service 0 for not knowing how to run a business 0 for inappropriate behavior, not just from herself but her son too. 0 for no business etiquette We may have had one person to deal with Daisy but we all paid for our shirts therefore we are all customers! Our shirts were incomplete and the part she did do faded after one wash. She was offered extra assistance if needed but wouldn’t take it. When asked when the shirts could be taken to her she always said tomorrow would be better. When asked for a refund she just sent whatever she wanted. Even after she was told not to. She refuses to send an itemized invoice showing what exactly was charged and paid for. I have never had such an ugly experience from a small business and I refuse to do/send her anymore. The saddest part daisy is related to our contact person and has disrespected her in so many ways and has been trying to cover her mistake by blaming the customer. From now on don’t take large orders, apparently you can’t handle them. You should have just stated you couldn’t handle the job and we would have looked for someone who could…biting off more than you can chew always leads to choking yourself."

"Daisy and David are just amazing! They have Super cute merchandise! I have purchased koozies, cups, tumblrs and shirts. Some products can be personalized same day while large orders require 2 weeks notice. They put pride and uniqueness in each of their products that they create."
