"Order a combo and because I don’t eat Swiss cheese and wanted to replace it for American Cheese and wanted to charge an additional 0.70. The manager on duty was very rude and argumentative and refuse to give me the number to the corporate and refuse to give me the GM information. First time going to a jack in the box and my very last time!"

"This location is by my house and has been my go-to Jack in the box for a few years now. Recently however, they have changed employees and management and it is now complete trash. The manager an older hispanic lady is extremely rude and snappy. Good luck if you ask for anything special on your meal because they won't make it the way you want. I have been handed drinks with barely any ice before, soggy fries, and incorrect items. If you order online late at night for pick up inside, they will not let you pick your order up inside, instead make you wait 10-15 min in the drive-thru line while your food gets cold. I really hope this location gets rid of its current staff and hires people that are kinder and more customer service oriented because we cannot go to this location anymore if the trash staff continues to act the way they do."

"This is my neighborhood Jack in the box. I get burgers for my family and when I’m hungry I will get breakfast as I drive a lot for work during the week. It’s Saturday, the weekend before Christmas. I had to work today. I stopped in just for a cup of ice. I even asked the employee by the soda machine if it was Ok. He said it was fine. Then suddenly the shift manager starts jumping me saying I need to buy something if I wanted ice using my own cup.??? Really??? I don’t need to come here if that’s the way you treat your good customers. I have no problems with the staff here during the week. This lady doesn’t know me , she is just a weekend person that’s just ugly and probably just showing off to make herself feel important. This lady is Hispanic, older with glasses. No, I’m not a racist… I am Hispanic as well. The only reason I mention it is so it’s clear as to who is causing the owner bad reviews. **** to the person who responded to this post. "Update... I really dislike having to give a less than good review, more so, an updated one from great to less than good... yet, here it is. I was there last night and ordered a sourdough jack and waited longer than usual to find the worst meal I've had at any Jack in the Box. I couldn't believe it... even the bread was backward... toasted on the inward side of the bread but not on the outside, BOTH pieces, so it stuck to the roof of my mouth and wasn't even sourdough. I mean, really? I ended up throwing it in the trash. A total of a $15 meal was trash. Very frustrating! Not everybody has *trash money*, so I hope this helps or that it was just me this happened to. Last review... Service & food are always great at this location."
