"We had an engine over heating indication and stopped at this O'Reilly's to buy some coolant. The gentleman who helped me and my wife was gracious enough to check under the hood for us. He saw that there was coolant in the reservoir and should be another issue. Checked that the fan was blowing and wasn't blowing hot air. Says something that we should get checked out, but not low coolant. I'm very thankful for his help. I wish I got his name to give credit where due."
