"I waited 45 minutes for my food because the cashier put down another name. My name is Brittney. How do you get another name from that? I went to to the to-go area to ask the guy if anyone called for Brittney. I’m sitting as close as possible but why not check? After 45 minutes I go up to the cashier, “oh if you ordered up here they normally call your name down there.” “Yes I understand that but I’ve been waiting 45 minutes. Can I get an estimated time?” “You got 3 lbs crawfish and 1lb shrimp? They’ve been calling you.” “No, they’ve been calling for E, not Brittney.” To-go was ok, but the cashier, Bella, was an idiot."
"My daughter and I have been seeing this place for sometime now and decided to stop by today. The ladies taking orders were friendly. The wait was extremely long. Folks that ordered after us received their full orders before us, mind you we only had partial of our food. I sent my daughter up to check what was the hold up, twice. So the 3rd time I got up. As I was in the line the Hispanic guy called my name. I asked him was that all of my order because I didn’t wanna keep getting up for my food. He says “this is how it works”. Mike asked what was the issue. I told him how rude the guy was and I only inquired about the remaining of my food. Mike explained to me about the fryer and crawfish stations in the back worked, which was understandable. The issue was how rude the Hispanic guy was who called out names for food. Overall, the food was good. Mike is extremely nice and very professional. If he hadn’t stepped in I would never return. Definitely a do over for crawfish."
"I’m disappointed with the taste and presentation. They don’t do refunds or exchanges. You get more garlic than anything. I got the platter B. Overall I won’t be returning."
"Stopped by the other evening to order some food. We reviewed the menu and finalized our selections. We ordered the shrimp fried rice, battered wings, and boudin balls. The food was very good. Looking forward to the next visit."
