"Quick somewhat healthy food. I usually get the combo plate (lamb/chicken, salad, and rice) The location on Old Spanish Trail has better salads and they don't skimp on the white sauce. The Sugarland location gives you too much lettuce, not enough veggies and skimps on white sauce."

"Our lunch at Gyro Hut was a memorable experience, from the welcoming greetings at the door to the moment we finished our meal. We believe that the service offered at this establishment is worth much more than the credit that is currently given to them. The place was relatively quiet, with many seats left open for us as well as seating options outside. The space was lovely and spacious, but there wasn't much décor, so it wasn't a good spot for photo ops. From our group of six, four of us ordered the lamb platter. The dish included Gyro Hut’s signature rice, layered with tender lamb meat, and accompanied by a fresh salad. The platter also had the addition of their red and white sauce. The fries platter came with sauce on top, then fries, then the chicken last. The combo platter had rice, chicken, lamb, and salad. As we were ordering, they asked whether we wanted the sauce on the meal or on the side. The flavors mixed together gave each part its own individual flavor but also combined to create a unique blend of flavors, keeping our mouths feeling blessed. After eating our food, we felt thirsty and needed something to drink. Going back to order, we did not feel judged by the workers, and the owner even offered to add extra sauce to our platters! Not only that, but the pricing for such high-quality food is very reasonable. My friends and I believe that eating our lunch at Gyro Hut was the best decision we made that day! A place with such amazing food and service deserves a 5-star review."
