"3.5 stars - being generous with 4. Katy or whole of Houston doesn’t have any amazing Indian restaurants, but Masala Wok might surprise you. The pic is from the Katy location, they are a fusion Indo-China restaurant, which means they are neither here nor there, but qualify for one part of Indian street food. They are also pricey for the least amount of service. You order and someone will bring the food to you, while their payment system generously asks tip amounts. You get your own fork, spoon, napkin and even condiments (and water, drinks). Nevertheless, they have great food, much better than most Indian restaurants. The Chicken-65 “bowl” is amazing - but had to order an extra “yogurt sauce” (Tikka masala) to make up for the quantity of Rice. And the extra “sauce” comes at a cost."

"There was a time when we used to frequent this restaurant having lived in the Katy area but then it went downhill for us almost too quick. I used to appreciate them packing their takeout orders in mostly plastic less packaging but now everything is in plastic. The taste of their fried rice and combos available with rice like the Thai dynamite are absolutely delicious! The noodles used to be good at a time but not anymore. There isn’t any difference between the blazing and the hakka version of noodles. I’ve also found the blazing noodles to be very much greasy to the point that it resulted in indigestion. I have also tried their wraps which were alright and pizza too which was somewhat better than expected but lacked cheese."

"Casual dining restaurant located conveniently on Katy Freeway. Reasonable prices and relatively short wait times. Plenty of parking and food options as well as indoor and outdoor seating. Delicious entrees, basmati rice and naan."

"Went here for the first time this evening. It’s Indian / Asian fast food- nothing more. For starters we got the 2 soups- Manchau and Hot & Sour and an order of samosas. For the main course- Paneer 65 and chicken 65 wraps. We also got a kids meal (chicken tikka with rice). The soups were okay. Samosas were just okay too. The wraps were better taste wise and portion. My kid’s meal was a ton of basmati rice, with 4 little pieces of tandoori chicken on a skewer and some tandoori sauce on the side. Not enough chicken or sauce for the portion of rice. It was good to try out the place. We may come back to perhaps try out some of the Asian dishes. Service was quick and the place was fairly large and clean."
