"The food is good. The customer service is NOT SO MUCH. But that is Bay City fast food, though. I recently tried delivery from them, and my order was sealed very well. Impressed on how seriously they take delivery orders."
"If I could give zero stars for one of the worst visits to a jack in the box I've ever had I would. Seems like customer service is the worst in Bay City everywhere I go.. But this place has topped it all for me so far. I will not be returning to this jack in the box again, unless there is a big change with the current employees. As in, they all need to be replaced!"
"Ordered from the app today. Glad it’s working since now since they opened back up. Makes it so easy and fast. I’ve been waiting for this location to open back up. I’ve gone a couple times and each time they will not let me order from the app. What’s the sense of having an app so you can order but then they’re not accepting orders from the app and that’s where the coupons are and the deals which are only on the app."

"We don't have Jack in the box on the East Coast so when I come home I always come for the tacos and sourdough jack. In my travels, I have never found tacos like these. The only reason I give 3 stars on atmosphere is simply because it's a little small inside and can be a little messy. That being said, I passed up going to other Jack in the boxes just to visit the one in my hometown. I love it here"
