"I had a house fire and it was pretty much pointless to have insurance they still wanted payment and I asked could the damages from the fireman trampling over my furniture to put out the fire be fixed and never got a response this will be my last time."
"Where do I start??? I went in and took about 30 min max. I left empty handled due to the little time I had but the representatives were very helpful. I was referred by Edgar who recommended I speak to Juan. They work with me and my crazy schedule to meet my needs. I can’t express how thankful and pleased I am with the whole transaction and the customer service. I will definitely come back and will refer friends/family for any future needs. "Horrible experience with this location sad thing is I paid everything off and signed up for benefits which seemed to be a horrible idea.. filed a claimed with the store for a tv that was sold to me after days of waited on my services I was told a tech would come out and fix the issue that I was having it wasn’t until after I called the Benefits plus customer service informing me that they had requested for information that was never submitted and that I would have to wait an addition week to get my 75 inch tv to top it off I called the store the manager answers phone hangs up I call back another lady answers and tells me she had left for the day even even though I heard her in the background I’m never renting from this place again better yet ever again ...I could see if we hadn’t paid all of our items off faithfully without a missed payment ...I most definitely will be contacting corporate"
