"Ordered medium rare filet & got well done. I didn't complain but next time we go I'll make sure waitress waits till I cut into steak to make sure it's not ruined. Otherwise cute place & we'll try again"

"We had a good server. Not his fault that the kitchen was backed up. Although he could have said something a bit sooner. Husband had a brisket sandwich and I had a baked potato with brisket. Meat was moist and not greasy. The fried green tomatoes could have been better. Seems like they didn't dry off the slices before dipping in batter. After being fried, the tomatoes were mushy."

"Went here to see a friend who plays in an Eagles tribute band. I live 5 minutes away and had no clue 2920 Roadhouse was there. The place is well kept, Latrine was clean and staff was very kind. Super great atmosphere to sit, eat and enjoy the show. Oh and the prices of everything was surprisingly reasonable. I don't drink but my friends do and they ordered drinks. I took the bill and expected way more. Kudos to them for their pricing. The wonderful lady taking the tickets turned out to be the owner and I was surprised. As a business owner myself, I love to see the owners interactive with their establishments which is why everything was most likely so well kept and organized. On top of that she was very nice. Highly recommend this place. 5/5."

"6/24/2023: This is the kinda place you wish you could give more than 5 stars! Outstanding Texas friendly venue! It’s on a large piece of historic property surrounded by beautiful trees; one is 5 centuries old! We met the owner. He gave us the background (you can read about it on their website). We went for an Elvis tribute concert (Kraig Parker) and though we’ve had temperatures in the 100s, it wasn’t too bad. They have large fans and the seating area is completely shaded due to the positioning. It is not covered, but it is shaded. So, if it’s raining, it would not be an ideal place to be. We ate dinner first inside the restaurant. It smelled amazing upon entering. That Texas barbecue smell! There’s a cute little gift shop inside with fun merchandise. We were seated within 2 minutes. We enjoyed a couple glasses of wine each, then we had the brisket grilled cheese, pulled pork sandwich, fried okra and jalapeño creamed corn. Everything was fantastic! Our waitress, Chloe, took excellent care of us. We split the items so we could try as much as possible. $75 (after tip) for our meal. I was expecting our dinner to be a lot more expensive. The outside concert area is dog friendly, there’s a dance floor off the seating area, they have a large outdoor bar and there are air conditioned restrooms outside. The owner introduced the artist after thanking our military and first responders. Then he led us in prayer. I was so touched by this experience. I loved that we prayed and everyone stood plus removed their hats. Very Country and made me proud to be a Texan of the great United States of America! The drink prices are great. 5 wines between the 2 of us and our total was only $48 (after tip), The concert prices are great too - $35 per ticket. Parking is very convenient and directly by the seating area. You don’t have to worry about anything happening with it so close. Plus, you’re in the country surrounded by good people. I felt very safe the entire night. We had such a good time and I’m going to be checking their calendar for fall events. Whether you want dinner, a show or just drinks, this place will not disappoint!"

"This is my new favorite BBQ place. Brisket and pulled pork are really good. The apple pie dessert WOW! In general the place is beautiful, with lots of open space and outdoor area. If you have visitor from other cities and countries, bring them here, I believe this place exemplifies what a Texan place is!"
