"This has to be the absolute worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. On multiple occasions during the day and night shift the lobby is locked when it is supposed to be open. The staff is always rude and obnoxious to it's guests as well as condescending when you try to have an order fixed that they screwed up. I would never recommend this location to anyone as they just don't care for the quality of service or food that they are supposed to provide. I personally will never go back to this location myself and will encourage other not to as well."

"I stopped going here a while ago because they would only have a few items on the menu available late at night. Its better now and the staff is very friendly. Keep the shake available a little later would be great"

"I was sent here for a Door Dash order, walked into the lobby seeing as there were people eating at the tables there. After standing around for 5min waiting for an employee to talk to me, I was told the lobby was closed and I would have to use the drive through. So I left, got in my car, and sat in the drive through for 30min before getting my order. Couldn't even cancel and leave because there were cars in front and behind me. 0/10 don't come during the night shift."

"This is all about management and poor staffing in this location. I placed a mobile order and was waiting for close to an hour for it. The reason? There was one cook, one cashier for the entire establishment. I felt bad for them but what I could I do besides this in hopes that management reads it. Soda machine was empty because no one had time to do anything but put out the fire ASAP. Management wake up, properly staff the store please, and treat your employees fair!"
