"I have to be honest. It was okay. Food was good but could have been better. I had ordered for take out, and I was disappointed in the amount of food I got for the price I had paid. The chicken fajita, tasted almost like teriyaki chicken. If the portion was more, especially for the price I would have given it 4 stars. But don't know if I would be going back or not. Maybe one day. Staff was great and I did like the atmosphere."
"It was a lovely, bright, and colorful Mexican restaurant! We loved the vibe and the food was amazing! They provide chips and salsa too! We had the Cilantro and Poblano enchiladas! I thought that was very creative! Whenever we go back to Canyon Lake, this is the place we will go to! They are open on Monday nights!"
"We ate there when they were new to Canyon Lake and found the food was really good. This time was such a disappointment. We will never go back. We shared mixed fajitas and guacamole. The only item we liked were the charro beans. The guacamole tasted like it had peas in it. The rice was unlike any I’d ever tasted in a Mexican or Spanish restaurant and it wasn’t good. When I questioned our server, he denied there were peas in it and got very defensive. Sadly, we would advise others to stay away too."

"Fajita Express and Catering at Canyon Lake TX (local food review) I was not sure about this place at first, I actually thought it was only food to go but I decided to give it a try today. The atmosphere was extremely clean and the Enchiladas were fresh and steaming hot! The service was great, even the cooks made sure I had a good experience. The salsa was the perfect amount of heat and it came out served warm. I give this place a 9/10 rating. Only thing that was missing from my plate was the little side salad that should come with any enchilada plate. I hope you find this review helpfu"
