"Wouldnt even give one star. We bought a display for our oven/microwave after one month it ceased working, guy came out last Monday, very flippant attitude and said part was discontinued, and didnt know what they could do, would speak to Manager, 10 days later-and after calling every single day, just to be put to answer machine, with no call back, we still do not have a working cooker/microwave. I have a family to feed and cook for, this is extremely not acceptable. My advice - BE CAUTIOUS, you may never get any response and no resolution to fixing a part they supplied. From a very unsatisfied customer."
"These people came out in January to repair a double oven,took 2 weeks for them to get the parts and replace. I found out later I paid about $200.00 more than a reputable company would have charged. Had same problem in August of this year,called Appliance Champion to fulfil their warranty. They came out on August 28th without parts to do the job. Came back next day and then informed me it was not just sensor and board,not sure what to do. They would call Bosch,2 days later I had heard nothing,started calling to speak to Rob,Rob was never in,Courtney said she gave him a message every time I called. Called agin Tuesday September 4th,Rob has still not called. My oven does not work,Appliance Champion refuses to call and tell me what they are going to do to fix it. I'll say again this is "warranty work",they are supposed to be certified by Bosch."
"Very professional and courteous staff with excellent communication skills. Fast appointment was scheduled and even arrived early. Very knowledgeable technicians who are also very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this company for any appliance issue you may encounter. I wish all contractors were as committed to top shelf customer service as Appliance Champion. A special attaboy to Trenton who was my tech that installed my above stove microwave oven this week. He went above and beyond to get it done in one trip and did a great job! Cleaned everything up nicely before leaving too."
