"We bein’ stupid (IYKYK) and the Boudin Company’s bringin’ da heat!!! New deliciousness for us. We’ll be back. Thank you, Larry, for the hospitality and conversation. Excellent, authentic Cajun-Creole-Asian fusion. Heat foundation is Carolina Reaper. Warms you as it sneaks up and, trust, you’re happy you’re stupid. (hahaha) Shown in photos are Boudin-stuffed Fried Chicken Drumstick; ‘R U Stupid?!?’ Boudin Balls; Spicy Pork Boudin Link; Beef Brisket Boudin Link; Fried Pork Cracklins; Japanese aeioli-inspired Remoulade; Red Beans & Rice."
"Probably the best boudin I've had in Texas! I got spicy, smoked boudin and the Mother Clucker chicken sandwich with Cole slaw and level 3 spicy sauce. (They have different levels of spicy sauce and level 3 is the hottest) Food was great and the service is even better! I recommend stopping here for dine in, to go or grab some frozen boudin to take with you. Definitely will be back!"
"Wow, definitely worth a trip to Rosenberg, amazing what they do with Boudin and cajun food here. Stumbled on this place on a road trip. Crawfish, Mac and cheese with brisket balls, boudin sausages were incredibly delicious. The chef is a Louisiana trained pro and specializes in high quality food with his own unique style and knocks it out of the park with so many options. We had a small sample of gumbo that was easily one of the best I've had anywhere. Crawfish potato salad was another unique gem. A bit of a whole in the wall location, they're opening a new restaurant soon up the road a bit but don't let the spot fool you, this place is top notch and doesnt dissappoint!"
"Very friendly greeting by owner and staff. My husband and I had the boudin egg rolls, sausage & chicken gumbo with rice, boudin burger with spicy coleslaw on it and cracklings for the ride home. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs but everything looked so good! Reasonable prices and big portions. And yes, Everything was absolutely delicious. Tasted fresh and spiced to perfection. We can’t wait to come back to the beach and stop by to eat at our new favorite spot! We definitely recommend The Boudin Company! It’s very clean, pleasant atmosphere and the food will not disappoint!"
