I was skeptical, so I went over to take a look at the inventory a few weeks before buying. I found that all of the review I had read were spot on. I went back just yesterday, bought a brand-new washer and dryer at an amazing price and it came with warranty. I could not be happier with the service provided by Carlos and his staff. All the way down to their 3rd party delivery person. I almost can't wait to be in need of another appliance for my home, because now I don't have to wonder where I will get it from. I'm definitely going to make it a point to refer anyone I know in need of appliances to Carlos and his outstanding team!"

The most important thing was he was honest and his pricing, OMG is all I can say!! I was in need of a refrigerator and an oven. Although I was limited with measuring the spaces, Carlos went above and beyond to ensure that I had the right items. His delivery team was absolutely amazing. They delivered and installed the new appliances, and removed the old ones. So thankful when Osbaldo advised that they would haul the items away. I really dreaded thinking that I would have them in the front of my home until bulk trash day. Carlos also referred an electrician to install a new breaker switch for the oven. "4 months ago my house flooded from a hose that busted behind my fridge. I had to gut my kitchen and my insurance deemed my current appliances toast. I usually buy them from big box stores, but being a girl with champagne tastes and a beer budget, I took this opportunity to upgrade my 5 year old builder grade appliances to something that would last for a long time. I found the Cafe Dual Fuel stove of my dreams on FB Marketplace and that is how I got in contact with this place. I contacted Carlos and he was super patient and not at all pushy. I think I even ghosted him for a week or two because we were in insurance limbo. When I finally was able to pull the trigger on the stove, I talked to my husband and both of us tried to find anything negative on this guy because it seemed too good to be true. In reality, he is just THAT GOOD!! He sent me multiple pictures, made me feel very safe about doing such a big purchase with him and we finally said yes! Then I realized I still needed a dishwasher. He sent me pictures and model numbers of what he had in stock and I picked a gorgeous KitchenAid. The next day Osvaldo, delivered my appliances. I still didn’t have kitchen counters and I needed to wait on them to be installed so that the range matched up perfectly. Carlos assured me that as soon as the counters were installed he would send someone back out for install. He kept his word! I called him the morning that my counters were installed and he said that he could have someone back out there possibly that evening or the next day. That afternoon Osvaldo showed up at my front door. He went above and beyond during the install, was utterly respectful and made sure my appliances worked properly before he left. I have recommended him to my contractors and pretty much everyone I know. I can’t wait to finally finish my kitchen!!!"
