Grand Buffet

"Me and my man went to this restaurant to eat because he had never eaten there but I have so we went. When we arrived everything was okay at first until we sat down and the server came. She was nice at first but was progressively very pushy. She tired to take my man’s plate right while he was eating his food. The worst part is was when it came down to the check now I was eating my dessert trying to enjoy it but the waitress was eyeing me like a vulture and said “ pay me now” not only that but she when I took out cash to pay the bill she said” you give me tip” like demanding I tip her when she hardly did anything. She was very pushy and demanding and I did not like that and she also tried to take more than I told her but she knew what she was doing because she played it like she couldn’t understand me. I told her take 10 for a tip and I should have gotten like 11 dollars back caused I paid 60 so my husband had to tell her to give me my ten back. If you encounter this waitress do not tip her."

"If I could give a zero star, I would. I went there with 2 friends around 8:30pm on Saturday night. They don’t have any food and we paid over $50. They barely have anything to eat. It was a disappointment. The worst thing that happens was our server/waitress. A middle age woman that tied her hair, with round face. She only took one plates from our table. And after we paid, she literally demanded us to tips her. She just stayed there at our table and she wouldn’t leave until we write down tips in the receipt. We were planning on leaving tips in cash after she left but she just stayed there and expected us to tip her from our card. She had an attitude and that made all of us so mad. We said no tips in the card and she made a scene. She cussed us out in Chinese/mandarin. We were so pissed, so we just left without leaving her any tip. This is the FIRST TIME this kind of things happen. Why in the world would someone waited and demanded for us to tips them??? Server in other places usually left us alone and we tips. This is just hilarious and disgusting. They better fix this problem."

"Food was great. Old woman and young man pushing each table to leave a tip. He never returned my change. I was told this was going on and they were right. No refills on drink took 1 dirty plate. Ill find someplace else to go"

"I dined in alone right at opening (11am). The staff were all partaking in eating before any customers started to arrive. I personally come for the sushi bar, but most all of their food is delicious. However, I was insulted by a female staff member and I don’t take kindly to that. She watched me most of my visit (as if I weren’t seeing her watch me). Then this female waiter tried to clear my table, and I was still sitting at my table actively eating! She then proceeds to insist that I pay at the table in which you normally pay up front. This is where I felt insulted, as if I’m going to run away from a $15 bill. Not only that, she then proceeds to insist not once but twice that I tip and watches me intensively as to maybe persuade me into tipping well (and all you actually do is being me refreshments on my beverage) then insult me. I tipped $3, as to make my bill an even $20. I do not like her, and will remember her."

"This place is just great! Great food,great flavor awesome value for money,the service was fast cleaning the tables every time we went to get a new plate of food,the variety of food are endless ,I'll definitely be visiting them again."
