"Highly recommend this place for wings. We got boneless & bone in to try and both were great (especially the truffle please keep it forever)! The lady at the front was as sweet as can be taking our order (blonde slick back bun). Onion rings and fries were amazing. The pita bread appetizer was a unique and different app but super good! Only thing I’d say is lacking is the atmosphere, it isn’t bad but it’s not great. Nothing that would stop me from going back. 10/10 ⭐️"

"Excellent food and very friendly service. I had the 8-piece boneless combo with honey hot and Shack BBQ sauces. Very flavorful and tender wings! Crinkle cut fries were spot on and then your array of various soft drinks and tea. Manager came by to make sure all was good. Will definitely come back again! (FYI the different types of sauced wings are on a separate piece of paper and the fries are in their own tray. I dumped them all together because it's easier that way! Lol)."

"So for all of you who knows me you know I give a honest review. My wife and stop by WingShack & Taphouse in Lubbock Tx today. First impression of the restaurant for the most part, the restaurant is very clean a couple tables are dirty but after bringing it to the general managers attention, it was immediately taken care of walked into the restrooms and they unbelievably clean. Now to the food, the french fries were cooked to perfection season just right thoroughly enjoyed them the wings for the most part they were pretty good. I only had one chip for the GM and that would be to add about a minute on the cook time to give them more crispy fill and taste. And for that reason, I gave them a four on the total overall score of the restaurant but let’s not be mistaken. The wings were flavored very well and I would definitely eat here again, so if you’re in Lovick, and you’re tired of dealing with Wingstop or Buffalo wild wings stop by the wing shack on Slide Road Across from Fuddruckers and enjoy some good southern Texas wings. "1.) They got rid of those Monday and Tuesday half price boneless wings. 2.) We had to wait 37 minutes for our food when the store was basically empty, and the food came out burnt, yet room temperature. All three flavors and the fries were all room temperature. 3.) Each boneless wing is 80 cents, and then a small ranch, the size of canes sauce, costs 99 cents, so it’s very pricey. 4.) 2 stars because past experiences were great (when it was half price) but probably won’t be going back."

"I don't know where everyone else ate in the reviews, but it wasn't here. Took over 45 minutes for our to go order, the wings were not fully cooked, hardly any sauce, the cheese fries were soggy and the cheese, well let's just say it doesn't look like cheese. They gave us someone else's fries instead of our okra. Will not be back!"
