"Took my truck over to Colby to get seats covered and bed sprayed 8 months ago when I picked up truck found they had sprayed bed wrong color. Colby said he’d take care of it and get it right and would call me to set up appointment to redo the work. I would call store and for some reason Colby was never there, I’d leave message to please return my call never heard back.The couple of times I did talk to him by chance meetings all I got was excuses. I finally saw him at a restaurant during lunch 2 months ago and he said take it over in two weeks and he’d take care of it. Truck stayed there 2 days and when I called to check on it they said Colby would call me, turns out it didn’t get done cause color didn’t show up. Spoke to Colby again a few days ago he said let me call my guy and I’ll call you back in 10 minutes, well it’s no surprise he never called me back. This has been going on for 8 months Now my bed lining is peeling off. ."

"Very professional business, Colby great. But don't let these guys coat your fuel tank or tool box unless you live near Devine. Had mine done less than 3 months ago and already peeling off .tried to make some kind of deal for restitution since I'm now in west Texas. Never got a call back."

"Being from out of town Alamo Truck Accessories was recommended to me to have a new bumper, grill guard and lights installed upgrading the factory bumper. I called, spoke to Colby on Friday who told me he could get the Road Armor Titan II bumper I wanted by Monday and install it Tuesday. He called Monday apologizing stating the truck bringing the parts would be delayed until Tuesday due to mechanical issues. Further stated he’d call me when the parts arrive. Tuesday at noon he called and said the parts just arrived and I went right over. Colby and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable and promptly started. In a few hours they installed the Road Armor Titan II bumper, guard, Rigid cube fog lights and a Rigid 20” light bar on my 5500. It was obvious they took pride in their work explaining how it was mounted, wired and the operation. I was extremely happy with the work and for getting this bumper that was on back order from the factory, but he got it. Even knowing I was from out of town I felt like he treated me like a local.
