"I’ve decided not to come here anymore and actively speak out against this place. The past 5 times I’ve been there, a guy I assume is the owner, has been short with me, rude with me, and got my order wrong. Which by the way I hardly even speak to the dude. He’s even made his own employees cry and uncomfortable. The lady initially taking my order kept saying sorry for his behavior and ultimately had to leave the drive through window. There was only 1 car behind me and the wait wasn’t even long. DO NOT COME HERE! Unless you enjoy a mid aged short haired dude cursing at you under his breath because you’re not saying your order fast enough or needing a moment to think. I also notice that he likes to slam things and throw them around. I’m gonna see if I know any one who knows someone at corporate to see about this. Please, do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. I will say, any time I’ve went and he wasn’t there, it’s been 5 starts every time. UPDATE: After receiving a reply from the owner, the person I had issues with was definitely not 67 so the male who was rude was not the owner."

"It seems this place is very popular. A lot of cars are coming in to get their donuts, but the store was able to handle the rush and get people in and out quickly. We got everything we wanted and if you want a meal, they have kolache’s no breakfast sandwiches. I will definitely come here again considering there’s a drive-through option."
"Nice Selection of Great Donuts and Really Great People Work here too My favorite is the Cinnamon Twist I really like the Apple Fritters too but only with milk for me Kolaches are Yummy and nice choice for breakfast.... I like the large ones with sausage jalapeno and cheese Yes they have a drive thru if you prefer This is the store that welcomed me to Shipley Do-Nuts for the first time!!! Super Awesome!!! Highly Recommend!"
"I was looking for a donut house near my house and found it! Thanks to the kind lady, she bought me a donut^^ American donuts are different from Korean donuts, so I think deeply every time I buy them. This time, it is a big success! It's really cheap and tastes good. ^^ Cold brew iced coffee is good, too^^ Thank you."
