I have owned and operated several successful 5 star service businesses, so I am always looking for the best value when searching for a company to hire. I am particular and notice how other companies do business. Some of the things I look for are customer service, pricing, communication, and warranty. Online booking was easy and convenient, appointment confirmation and communication was excellent, and I received a text message when the technician was on the way so I could better plan my day. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and clean. He quickly educated me on my concerns, made recommendations for long term reliability and proper use, and showed me some issues that my home inspector and other HVAC companies failed to mention. I highly recommend this company and will be using them next time."

"Felix responded quickly yesterday when I had a relatively new A/C unit stop working. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed my unit, recognizing it was the fan on the outside of the house. Still under warranty, he is ordering a new motor and scheduling it immediately. Friendly reminder, sign up for their annual service of the outside A/C units. Keeping the dust and leaves out of the coils will go a long way in facilitating the unit working properly and a 'living' a longer life."

"1st, the promptness of answering my call! Felix missed my call, and before I could leave a message was already calling me back! He advised he could come out the next day between 9-12p and gave me a quote for the service call and a rough estimate of what my total could be if certain things were wrong with our AC. Next day, I received a text message letting me know he was enroute! He checked all the equipment, and diagnoses the problem within 20 mins…. Gave me a quote, advised he didn’t have the part so he needed to run to the supply store and was back within 20 mins, repaired and then also cleaned the outside unit; even showed me how to do it and educated me on the why behind cleaning the outside unit annually.
