"Edis Chocolates is a hidden gem in Spicewood Springs neighborhood. I originally discovered this shop about 4 years ago, and have never been disappointed. Their Handmade Truffles are simply amazing, the outside chocolate is dark but not bitter and the inside is velvety smooth. Sold by the dozen and 1/2 dozen they are perfect for any special occasion. Edis has a variety of other pastries that are whimsical and beautiful decorated. My second favorite dessert is the heart shaped Flourless Chocolate Cake, it has a mousse like texture on the inside with a very silky outer layer of chocolate."
