"I came in here January 18th because I needed a new battery. The man had one job to put my battery in and didn’t tighten it. I went to work and couldn’t get my car to start to leave. I end up having to Uber and pay even more just to figure out the issue. Literally the battery wasn’t tightened. I think y’all should hire a separate battery tighten upper."

"What a way to end the night pull up at home. Of course my new home of less than a month and my car dies. Call AAA and they come out yes it’s the battery. And yep they have no replacement. Called AutoZone and Jin helped me out. Told him I would be there shortly. Got there and Jin and Nick took care of me. Made it just in time for the rain. They are saved in my favorites. Give them a try you want be disappointed."
