"Beautiful unit but the absolute worst “Customer Service” I’ve ever experience at a Starbucks. And trust that says a lot I was completely ignored by staff while standing at register than waited what seemed like a decade for my heated Morning Bun. And no do to COVID19 and Thanksgiving Holiday it wasn’t busy. Struck me simply as a team not wanting to be there which I understand but poor customer service is never understandable with so many businesses closing and unemployment at a record high!"
