"The food temperature was perfect and delicious. The young man that served us was excellent, we were a group of 15 people and he did an amazing job BUT the manager should have given him help because not only did he service us they also had the young man with additional tables on the inside as well as the outside. If he (I apologize for not remembering his name) didn’t have the amazing personality he had The Toasted Yolk Cafe would have received maybe 4 star review at the most. Please show grace and kindness to your server especially when the establishment gives them way more tables than they should but the young man kept a smile on his face and was super courteous and accommodating. This young man in my opinion has great work ethics."
"I'm so happy I found this place! My server, Bree, was amazing! It felt as if we've been friends for years. The restaurant was clean. Parking was validated for the garage. The food, you have to get the hashbrown cassarole! It's the best! I've never seen this on a menu before. Everything else was amazing as well!!"
"I gave the Toasted Yolk a 1 star review due to the atmosphere. This place is a popular brunch restaurant and we knew there would be a wait. We waited 20 minutes which is normal. The staff was courteous and attentive. The food is delicious. All was well until I took my two year old son to the restroom to change his diaper. I sat him on the diaper changing station and as I was changing his diaper the platform fell from the wall to the floor. He fell on his back and hit his head. After that occurred I went to speak to the manager on duty named Amy. She took a report, gathered my information, and that’s all that was done. Our bill came out to $75 for 3 adults and one child. I will no longer eat at this restaurant because of safety concerns and in my opinion they do not have their customers in mind. I will no longer invest my money or time eating here. The picture is to show you how high he was when he fell. They took the changing station out which is why it’s not in the photo."
