"This is the third time I been at this store and they always Try to sell you the highest price on any part I checked on line for a air filter it was 43 usd I sow up to the store and he said all I have is this one for $65 wen I ask the counter man you sowed one for 43 he responded no don’t have that one . You can order on line he said if I wanted to do that I could get it for like $20 dollars but I needed today. bad business try to push the higher prices to customers this place don’t give position like.Oreylli or autozone"

"I went in to buy a battery for my lawnmower, thinking that's what I needed. Turns out it wasn't and I went to return the battery in under 30 minutes or so. When I brought it back the manager was the one that helped me. He looked at the battery and looked me in the eye and asked did I strip the battery, at first I thought he was joking but I saw that he dead serious. I told him no and explained that I didn't need the battery, he told me that he could not take the battery back because I hooked it up. Mind you that there were no scratches or scrapes on the battery. We went back and forth for a minute and I walked out of the store with the battery, then I came back in and asked for the area manager phone number then all of a sudden he wanted to take the battery back. He did and I received my money. This was my first time ever shopping with Advance Auto, also my last time. I work hard for my money I don't like the fact that I was accused of a crime, that I didn't commit... I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH YOU GUYS AGAIN!!! You don't get a second chance to make a first impression... I will use your competitors, never ever again... The worst service, and to come from a manager, unacceptable.."
