"I won't be back to this location!!! Don't get me wrong I love Starbucks and I spend my hard earned money there at least three times a week, so for me to wait 20 minutes this morning and then get a cup that is 1/3 empty is just ridiculous!!! I literally placed a mobile order way ahead of time and then waited 25 minutes to get it. I can deal with the wait, I know there's always a morning rush but to get served a half made drink that's not even close to being full is not acceptable. Everyone knows Starbucks coffee is pricey, so if we're paying for it, we definitely want to get what we've paid for. I won't be back to this particular location."

Employees were kind and answered any questions we had, then made a good suggestion to individuals in the group I was with. The order came out cold (as ordered) and quickly."
