"The iced turbo is less iced and more just vaguely cold. I don’t know what I was expecting but it wasn’t really a pre-made chocolate milk looking drink. It even came out of a gallon jug. It was good, I mean how could it be bad, but it certainly wasn’t the frozen espresso drink I was expecting based off the description. 16oz drink cost about $6. Wouldn’t come here again for this drink."

"The only reason I gave 2 stars is my food managed to stay hot while my coffee was made. I don't know why, but I was informed after waiting 20 minutes for my drink order that they were out of sugar free vanilla. They ran out after several orders that came in behind me. Which is infuriating. There are lots of people who order sugar free in things that aren’t worried about their waste line. Diabetics topping that list. Might want to stock up on your sugar free options. Also I didn't see anything overly complicated. There are no blended options, but it took me 20 minutes to get my coffee??? The systems that are in place here are obviously not working well and I wouldn't recommend this as a stop while you’re in the Austin airport. I would Recommend Earl’s taco truck, the foods better and drip coffee from any other place probably doesn’t taste as bad as this did. Speaking as someone who did sling coffee at one point in my life. It gets busy, but with the proper systems in place you could have informed customers at the register that you were out of sugar free options. We would have changed our drink order or opted to go somewhere that had the sugar free options available. T this was my first and last visit. Anyone reading this I recommend you go anywhere else."

"Since there was only one person working in this store, it took a while to place the order, but we received our coffee pretty soon. The Belgian coffee was half coffee and half turbo (the signature coffee drink here) - it came with a lot of ice without much flavor. However, my friend seemed to enjoy their latte."

"It was nice to be able to grab an Iced Turbo on the way out of Austin. The price wasn't sky-high like is typical in the airport. Great coffee, fast service."
