"This is a really nice ramen place I have found in sometime. Best vegan ramen and appetizer options and best of all great service. I would come back here again. "On these cold Dallas nights a nice hot bowl is what you need. This spot here is tucked off in cypress waters but definitely worth the search. I got the Amber Ramen & the broth is light and full of flavor. I will be coming back to try the other menu items that caught my eye."

"Not sure if this is a newer restaurant, but it ran like one. The food was great. The ramen broth was delicious and they offer none meat based broth, and that is great of my vegetarian pals out there. The portions are nice and I had enough to take for dinner. There were a couple of different people throughout my dinner that checked on me and they all knew the menu well. When it was time to go, I asked for a to do cup and they did not have any. The server said she would bring me a bowl with a lid, which was okay I guess, but a different server came with my check so I just left it be. I would come back for sure, I just hope they work the kinks out."

"Loved my warm, tasty and comforting bowl of ramen. Substituted to rice (gluten free) noodles. I got the Regular Garnet - Miso sauce with Chashu and it was delicious. The flavors were mild yet deep and earthy. You could taste every element of the dish separately and yet it felt quite wholesome. The best part is they have a wide range of vegan options and that made my vegan friends extremely happy. Their appetizers were also quite good. Last but certainly not the least, on the service which was fast and pretty good. Our waiter was excellent and patiently answered all our queries. Definitely going back to try other items on their menu."
