"Customer service is horrible. Refuse to sell Propane. Trash gas station as per all Circle K locations."

"Avoid this location. Go to QT. It's right across the street. The computer was broken, regarding sip and save and the associated polar pop promotions, and I was overcharged, zeroing my bank account. The cashier refused to cancel the transaction while I checked my bank, and yelled at me like I was trying to shoplift. She asked other customers to pay the rest, which one did. I saw that I was overcharged, showed her the charge and my balance on the phone. She said, I think, that she was unable to refund the transaction because it was debit. I am from out of state, so I do not know if this is true. That is not true in Arizona. She told me to come back two days later to talk to the manager, but couldn't give me his name accept for saying a word similar to Hooser. She kept saying she didn't do anything wrong, which I never accused her of, I said her computer was broken. I think she has a shame based personality disorder. She yells and accuses but takes no responsibility for her actions and can't think under pressure. Avoid this location. Go to QT. It's right across the street."

"Whoever hired the lady cashier that was there this evening should REALLY take a second look at his/her choice. She gave me incorrect change. When I informed her she raised her voice and blamed me. Then she charged me for something I didn't even purchase. Again my fault. Another time she tried to kick me out of the store because she thought I was someone else. Come to find out her eyesight is very poor (according to a fellow employee). She yells at customers and is generally a hateful woman. I as a business owner would cringe to know she was representing my company."

"This store is NOT 24 hours any longer, and it hasn't been for a while. It is listed as 24 hrs on Google and on the Circle K website. For the past 4 months or so, maybe longer, it has been closed at random times with no operating hours posted...just a paper "CLOSED" sign on the doors. But, there also were times when it was open overnight but on random nights. A couple of nights ago, I went there around 9:50PM, and when I went inside, the clerk told me they were closing at 10pm that night, and I couldn't buy anything. I asked what their operating hours were now, and she said normally, they close at 10:30pm. She didn't specify if that was for Friday and Saturday as well, but it sounds like 10:30pm is closing time for Sunday through Thursday at least. I like to go here for cigarettes, because it is 2 mins from my house, and they have my cigarettes at the cheapest price around. (Non-menthol Newport Lights 100s for 5.99/pk.) About a month ago, I went there 4 nights in a row to get cigarettes, between the hrs of 10:30pm and 11:30pm, and it was closed everytime. Then, I looked at the Circle K website of nearby locations, and the other 3 locations in or near 78753, were all listed as 24 hours. I decided to check them all out at about 12:15am that night, and they were ALL closed. Only one of the four locations had their adjusted operating hours posted (Dessau location). All of the 78753 Circle K locations, and the 78758 location, need to update their real operating hours on Google and the Circle K website. Also, the all of these locations, for the exception of the Dessau location, need to clearly post their operating hours on their doors. There have been a lot of frustrated customers, including myself, believing they are 24 hours , when none are in this area."

"One of the nastiest bathrooms I have ever seen!! It stunk terribly of urine and had urine on the toilet and floors and fesses on the toilet tank and seat, no paper towels or toilet seat covers. DON’T USE THIS STORE!!"
