"I've had the misfortune of visiting this establishment multiple times, and each experience has been progressively worse. The owner seems to be neglecting the business, the floor is often littered with trash. The milkshake preparation area is appallingly unhygienic, and the overall atmosphere is unclean and uninviting. also I want to clarify that I was impressed by the dedication of the young teenager working there, I couldn't help but notice some shortcomings in the overall experience. It's evident that the establishment's issues stem from poor management rather than the efforts of individual employees. As someone who manages a team myself, I understand the importance of effective leadership in ensuring success. I believe that with better management this place could reach its full potential and provide an even better experience for customers congrats to the young employee for their hard work and dedication despite the challenges they face ---"
"I always come here and today will be the last time. I paid with cash. The cashier proceeds to give me my change in all quarters. Nearly $9 in change in quarters. How do you not carry bills? Extremely frustrating experience"
