"The preferred ordering method is via a code on the table that facilitates ordering from your phone, which seems to be all the rage these days. The gal in the bar was working her tail off. The gal bringing food and standing at the counter smiled and was nice enough. She did eventually help am elderly couple who were ready to leave because of the technological requirements. The place has a Subway bar kinda feel to it. My table added a bit of adventure to the experience with its rocking and rolling, but strategically folded napkins under a foot remedied that pretty quickly. I ordered a burger without a bun, which seemed to boggle their minds a bit, but they figured it out. It wasn't a delicious lettuce wrap like I get at Carl's Jr., by it was edible. The egg and the patty were dryyyyy, and for the price, pathetic really. The burger was maybe medium and warm. I've already mentioned Carl's Jr. for comparison, which has always been better than this, but I got bumped up to first class on my next leg on Alaska, and that burger, on an airplane, out the one here to absolute shame. I won't eat here again."

"Great place. They have a limited menu right now. I got the burger, but the crispy chicken sandwich looked better. The service is very fast, so it's a good place to grab something before your flight. 2024 update: The crispy chicken sandwich is awesome. Highly recommended!"

"Flavor: D Service: C Tea: B Solo dining: A Really disappointing burger. Bland as can be. The sauce is good. The fries are lacking seasoning too. It’s confusing whether you should seat yourself and/or order from the app or the server. Obviously no one is ever expecting to be wowed at an airport restaurant but I’ll find somewhere else to try next time."

"First - good stuff. The dirty classic was pretty nice. Liked the sauce and the quails egg is a unique touch (it’s on the digital but not the in store menu though). Second- not so good. This restaurant needs to understand it’s in an airport and not waste everyone’s time. Walking to a counter to be told to go sit down and order at QR code at the table just cos I want to sit at a table is stupid, especially when it’s super quiet. They only let you order at the counter for takeout but it’s the same way into the restaurant. Then the digital menu is different to the actual menu and takes way more time and I’d have ordered quicker at the counter. Someone actually ended up taking my order verbally so I couldn’t pay online so the checkout process took time which is everything you don’t want when you have limited time. Please just cut a hole in the wall and make that for takeout and get someone to seat people if you want to be a restaurant. And make your menus match at least. Short summary….Food was decent and love sauce was nice, just choose takeout and save yourself the confusing experience :)"

"If you are in terminal E you got to try this place. Next to gate E11. Simple menu- old fashioned burgers. I had a Jalisco Smash Margarita and it was yummy. After traveling abroad we were craving American food and we found the jewel. We had the Lover burger with fries and cheese burger as well. Atmosphere was great with some soft music. Prices are just what you expect at an airport. Service was awesome!!"
