"Got a cold brew here yesterday that tasted like it had either mold, or some kind of cleaning chemical, or both in it. It was so foul i could not drink it. Also, I work in the service industry and understand that customer service is tough, but the staff here were astoundingly apathetic and seemed very out of it."
