"I ordered a sausage plate all it comes with is a roll w/2 sides and nothing else…it’s 2 people in there the tall dark haired lady standing by a machine I’m not sure if she will take my order or not but she ended up asking after a few seconds…anyway I received my order I paid she didn’t give a receipt so I asked for it she got it and put it in my bag got home and found out she over charged me for the wrong meal…so basically she cheated me…I wonder if that’s what she is doing to every customer coming in there…who wants to get robbed by a restaurant that it’s your first time visiting? robbing their customers by charging them for the next higher meal so they can make a profit at the end of the day…that’s bullsit! I don’t believe it’s a mistake that she did that maybe but I doubt it…it’s my first time ordering from there and it’s the last time…thank you tall dark haired lady for ruining my first time meal payment…the food really was great but that’s how they do business there I won’t be back…2/19/24 Monday…"
"I asked for a Loaded Barrel with chopped brisket and received mostly fat. I really like Texas Best. The flavor is good. This was my first bad experience with them. I wasn’t paying close enough attention while they were preparing my food. I will pay more attention in the future."
