"Radio was installed, works good, however, I found my kick panel was left loose. Discovered stripped threads for the screw that secure the panel and the body panel pin not pushed in. Had to take apart some of my interior to fix their mistake. So much for a $70 installation fee."

I think he said his name was Josh. He was very knowledgeable. He showed me everything. Handled my questions in a polite way, and there were a bunch. He was amazing. If I ever have any other needs, Car Toys will be my go too place. If there was a 10 star rating. It would be done. Thank you so much. Great customer service."
"Fast service in spite of the fact that I missed my apt time. But how I got from $25 an hour to $70 for the 30 minutes the job took is beyond me. They provide good service, but the price they advertise on their website isn't what you'll be charged."
"Front desk staff was great and Robert the install manager fantastic working to modernize an older car for our son. He went above and beyond to complete on time and made thoughtful suggestions that turned out perfectly. Even did some extra work behind the dash to fix an unrelated issue."
