"I was recommended this business through my landlord. He’s given them tons of business over the years being a native to the town his entire life and knowing practically everyone. They will no longer receive business from any of us or anyone we know. There service fee is listed 45$ on there page and social media. You pay for the labor and parts separate. I called them up a scheduled a service date two days out. When the man got here (Late) He checked my dryer after 20 minutes and determined the issues was of one of two things. He told me my dryer was +10 years old and may be difficult to find a replacement part. Fine, understandable. I just need to know as soon as possible so I can either buy a new dryer or try to go through someone else. Great, He agreed told me he would get back to me the next day the latest could be the following. Perfect, Now time to pay him a service charge. He charges me 55$ I’ll pay it but the listing price says 45$. (till this day) Not a big deal it’ll pay itself when the parts come in and he fixes the dryer. I called three or four different times over a span of two weeks. Every time I called the receptionist told me he would give me a call back he was out on a service run. Finally two weeks later I get a call back. The man tells me he can’t find the parts no one is selling them and he’s not going to give me a dime back for the service/labor call but he would charge me 200/300 more (I can’t exactly remember the correct price) for a used little dryer. Now, I live two minutes away from there building and I was charged 55$ for a man to come out to my house (late) open my dryer for 20 minutes and not call me back for two weeks just to tell me he can’t find the part. Your dollar is yours and you earn it you have the right to spend it anywhere you would like but my advice to you is. Save your dollar and go to cleburne this won’t happen to you there. By the way. I fixed my dryer a couple days later for less then the service fee."

"These guys do a great job. They charge a reasonable rate and really know what they’re doing when it comes to refrigerator repair. Our refrigerator stopped cooling and our technician had us up and going in about an hour for a good price. Will definitely call them again!"
