"Absolute worst location to come to. I have been coming to Tea lounge ever sense they opened there first store on Parmer. Many of the managers know me by name. This location has not only gotten my order wrong many times. I ordered my usual drink and it was made wrong. They gave me me something completely different and accusing me of ordering my drink the wrong way when I’ve been coming to tea lounge for about 10 years! Escalated to the manager who was called by phone and would not give me the drink that I ordered, persistent that it was my fault like I would order something completely different ABSOLUTE WORST STORE AND MANAGER!!! THE STAFF HERE COULD DEFINITELY USE MORE TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE INCLUDING THE MANAGER THAT WAS CALLED February 28th @ 11:20am Look forward to hearing from your corparate office! Have spent thousands of dollars here To all customers, If you want great customer service stick with Parmer ln & Arboretum or South location staff is amazing at those and you always get the drink you ordered the right way"
"I would never ever go there again!!!!! Poor service!!!! I threw away my money!!! We ordered no added sugar coconut bubble tea but it’s full of sugar. We asked them to make it again and they lied to us it’s no added sugar but when I sipped it, it’s full of sugar again!!! And the guy has a very rude attitude! I was so annoyed and I left it on the shelf. I don’t recommend here at all. You will throw away your money"
"It’s hard to beat boba madness and that fruity pebble macaroon. The place was clean. They had some games to play while you hang with your pals. The service was good and best of all the drinks are delish."
"I got a coconut slushy, wife got the Brown Sugar Chai, and son got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. My boba were too soft and I’ve had much better coconut drinks. Wife and son enjoyed theirs but we were expecting slushy and they were a different type of slush."
"We went in for some boba tea and juice. Just as delicious as I’ve has at an establishment in west Texas. I ordered the coconut smoothie with boba add strawberries. So so delicious. The only thing was the place was too small for the volume of customers they serve."
