"I entered the warehouse for the main reason to get a pizza. The wife had me pick up some other items while I was there. I entered the store on 6pm, got everything else I needed, then headed for the cafe. It was 6:25, and I knew the cafe closed at 7, so got to the counter with plenty of time. I stood for about 3 minutes before I was acknowledged. The employee behind the counter had just put out a full pepperoni pizza. I told the employee I wanted a full pepperoni, and she said, “It’s too late, it’s 6:30, you can’t order a full pepperoni. So I told her, “just give me the pepperoni you put out and charge me for a full pizza. She said she couldn’t do that, she’d have to charge me for EACH slice. She was VERY rude throughout the entire process. It was Black Friday 11-24-2023 and the employee was wearing a black shirt and had a hispanic tone to her skin. I told the manager what had just happened, and he said he would talk to her. As somebody who spends $500 every 2 weeks at Sam’s, this has made re-think my membership and go back to Costco"
