"Breakfast burrito was disappointingly empty. I’ve always enjoyed these as a filling breakfast option, but this location doesn’t size up. Literally 1/3 of my tortilla was empty. The 2/3 that did have egg and meat was still pretty skimpy."

"I would honestly just avoid this Sonic location. I ordered a breakfast combo and the tater tots were undercooked, the sausage was cold. Same with the ones that were in my burrito. I called corporate to complain, then I received a call from the manager who offered to remake my order anytime. I was also refunded for my order. I decided to give them another chance to make my food and I got the same exact result. They can't be bothered to fry the foods long enough. I appreciate that the manager tried but the other employees clearly don't care. I won't be back to this location for a long time!"

"Update on my last issue with not getting shake made right and other issues at the time. The employee Emma is really awesome to deal with and very helpful. She offered to make things right and everytime I've came in after that she's always smiling and kind and willing to help anyone that needed it from what I have saw."

"It's so frustrating when your order is incorrect. I live in Venus and stopped going to that location due to poor service. Since going to this location, I never had any issues until today. I ordered a Garlic Butter Bacon Burger but got a double cheese burger on Texas toast. I live 15 mins from this location and was home already. I tried calling but the phone just rang. Due to my schedule, I was unable to double back and had to eat it. I will not be back to this location in the future. I know businesses are struggling with staffing shortages, food shortages, etc. However that doesn't mean that you give subpar service to your customers."
