"Considering that only one item that I ordered for Biscuits & gravy took over 15 minutes at 5AM without any other car in the drive thru is a shame to even try to order from here. Won’t be going back ever again"

"I decided to get the new whatawings. Not to mention I’m on my lunch break. I ordered my food and proceeded to the drive thru window. Customer service was poor. No emotion at all.. I was a little skeptical. Paid for my food . Drove off to eat my lunch at my jobsparking lot . The chicken was gummy like it had been sitting for a while.. I really did try to eat it . But all I could think was I work to hard to deserve a meal so sorry. Proceeded back to whataburger. Considering the time I just requested a refund and was just goin to go to chic fil a. The older woman frowned up when the other guy relayed the message. I told them the food was really cold and I tried to eat it and he told me to hold on. Instead of atleast fixing the problem another employee who seemed more polite gave me my refund in cash when I paid with my card.. I didn’t understand why they had an attitude … I wasn’t disrespectful at all. I literally took the time to bring the food back on my lunch break because it wasn’t acceptable. I wish I would of took a picture before they took the food back."

"Great Customer Service!!!!! Friendly staff!!!!! I love their egg, cheese, and potato breakfast burritos!!!!! Grandmere believes that Dr. Pepper from Whataburger is the best!!!!! They're so yummy in my tummy!!!! Although, most Texans come for the burgers!!!!! The menu has something for everyone!!!!! That spicy ketchup is yummy, too!!!!! Their is plenty of parking and seating available!!!!! Very family friendly environment!!!!!!! Great for everyone!!!!"

"I have the app. With a decent amount of spending each week you'll have enough reward points to get a big sandwich. And within a month they give you free food. Today was my birthday (12/06) and an email let me know of a choice from 7 items. I will chose the cheeseburger but have a week to redeem."

"At the register young lady doesn't speak just looks at me, i ask if she's ready she looks and finally says yes. I tried to kindly allow the young lady to see that her demeanor was negative and poor. The manager was standing there and observed her customer service. I even said glad everyone is in a good mood. The manager acknowledged what I was saying. This young lady continued to display poor customer service skills as I waited for my order. Other customers asked for assistance and she called someone else to help. I informed the manager who was the same one there while I was ordering and let her know that customer service was lacking she agreed but just smiled. I even let her know I was going to be a review and it didn't seem to be a concern. This is disappointing especially being the area this Whataburger was in but I guess good customer service isn't a hook for your establishment. No one wants to work everyone wants a paycheck. Lastly if this is true management of Whataburger expect more negative reviews or decline in business. This was the Whataburger at Tarrant and Davis in North Richland Hills TX Yes I did tell manager I would be doing Google review she smiled and said ok...."
