"The workers on duty on 02/23/24 around 4pm are either ignorant, have no regards for people of color or that they are not customer friendly. I came in with 5 of my guests to eat. We stood there for over 8 minutes, none of the employee say a word to us, even when I spoke out, they did not blink but were skipping me to attend to others met me standing. I have decided not to go back there again."
"It’s a positive review for the staff and food but a negative review for corporate. Starting off the positive part was the staff are super nice, attentive and keep the food fresh unlike a lot of the other locations I’ve been to so thank you and I’ll be back to this location in the future. For my negative review it’s towards corporate because I Went through the drive through and ordered which was an absolute pain dealing with the AI it’s a turn off I’m gonna avoid it at all costs it’s hard to order if you want to change things up and not quick. Hopefully the managers can take this and use this to figure out if they wanna use the AI or not for taking orders at the drive."
"I have eaten here 3 times cause yea its fast food sometime is not the best. After today I will never be returning. The food was not only dry and stale but it was cold. The noodles in the chow main tasted as if they hadn't been cooked at all. All three times I have been highly disappointed in the food. I understand being out of food later on, but at lunch time just unbelievable. Everytime now the food has been cold. I'm used to eating at many other panda expresses, and do have a level of understanding that things happen. To be this consistently horrible is unacceptable. I like the establishment and plan on eating at any other panda express other than this one! I will say the people that did serve the food were average, nothing bad to say there. Not super friendly but not horrible. It was pretty standard for fast food. Takeaway: pick any ANY other panda express!! That is unless you like cold stale food consistently, and that if they even have what you want."
"There is always something wrong with the order. This time I got my son his food and asked for teriyaki chicken instead I got orange chicken. Can’t never get ahold of a manager at this location."
