"I don’t understand why when I order online for pickup and pay extra for cold foam , they never add it. 99.99% of the time they either sub it for whipped cream, or don’t add it at all. Once I asked about it and they said it was because they needed to make the cold foam. Isn’t that that point of me paying extra for it…? I hate to complain because we like the coffee a lot but I guess I’ll have to start going to a different location that follows order requests. I’m worried one day they won’t give me the oat milk or decaf I ask for, which are actual health concerns."

"The best coffee shop is definitely “ Summer Moon “ and I feel like this is the best location! People that works here is always super nice, never seen a negative energy in this store and def deserves 5 starts. Definitely recommend the Moon Shaker, and the best thing about it, they always make you the same taste, not like one day less flavor and the next day is less coffee, definitely NOT like that. I love the consistency!"

"They are so slow. Today it took over 5 minutes with 3 people in line to get my order in. I wanted a latte but had to get drip cause it took so long. They didn't close the lid so coffee spit all over me right before going into work. Thankfully the coffee wasn't hot, its luke warm coffee."

"I was near Summer Moon and decided to walk inside to get a drink. I have been here before where their hot coffee had a nice oak wood flavor to it but today. As I enter there were a lot of people staring at their laptops and noticed all their heads popped up like turtles thinking I had entered a neighborhood bar where I did not belong. I was wearing my loungewear so perhaps looked out of place, no bunny slippers though. They all went back to screen watching where walked over to order an iced tea for it was very warm outside. I asked what flavors do you have and the hipster looking barista quickly said a few very quickly and heard hibiscus. So I order that flavor. Behind me there was a store front selling all sorts of branded merchandise like containers, shirts and coffee. Soon my tea was ready and took a sip. It was refreshing and rich in hibiscus flavor."
